HOA Dues
- Dues are collected annually.
- Dues notices are sent out each November with a due date of January 31st. Any payments made after the deadline are subject to an additional (monthly) fee.
- All payments are required to be made electronically through an online portal via credit card (fee applies) or eCheck (no fee). As of 2024, personal checks are no longer an accepted method of payment.
- HOA dues cover the following:
- BCD trash services
- City of Westminster water bills
- Xcel energy bills
- Landscaping services (along Pecos and 116th)
- Snow removal (along Pecos, 116th, and two cart paths)
- Insurance
- Annual Meeting costs
- Maintenance and repairs (fence, sprinklers, etc.)
- Other (website, state fees, postal fees, etc.)
