When the Ranch development really started breaking ground in the late 1970’s, the City of Westminster deemed it to be the jewel of the city’s crown.  As our association name suggests, our filing was the first in the development.  Our Ranch community has grown and, unlike other homeowner’s groups, we strive to maintain our covenant controlled lifestyle.  When you visit us, simply don’t drive through the streets.  Park your car, walk through the neighborhood and see for yourself that we have a unique atmosphere that blends the benefits of quiet country living in an urban setting.  You will also find many original owners in our filing.  Their personal testimony about The Ranch will reveal secrets of living in this gem development!
